NEW DATE FOR RYE HOUSE VS KING’S LYNN
Wednesday July 12, 2017
The BMR Rockets have today reluctantly shelved plans to stage a home meeting on Saturday, July 29th.

The Rockets had originally been set to face East Anglian arch-rivals King’s Lynn in the SGB Premiership on that date, but a clash with the FIM World Games meant that the Stars would have had to field guests for prime drawcards Chris Holder and Robert Lambert, as well as Kai Huckenbeck, after the trio were called up to that event.

Co-promoter Steve Jenson has subsequently explored the option of alternative opposition, but without success, which means that after this Saturday’s much anticipated clash against defending champions Wolverhampton, the next Hoddesdon action will now be on Wednesday, August 2nd, when the Rockets entertain Leicester with a 7.30 start.

Rye’s home fixture against King’s Lynn has been re-scheduled for the following week, on Wednesday the 9th (again with a 7.30 start time).
